Do you love Chattanooga’s outdoor scene and know your way around the city? We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing volunteer to help staff our Information Desk every Thursday from 12–2 PM.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, sharing local recommendations, and connecting others with the places and experiences that make Chattanooga special.
What you’ll do
• Welcome visitors and community members
• Share recommendations for local hiking trails, parks, blueways, biking routes, and other outdoor recreation opportunities
• Answer general questions about Chattanooga, including things to do, places to visit, and local resources
• Help people find the right information and resources for their interests
• Be a friendly, knowledgeable face for Chattanooga’s outdoor community
Who we’re looking for
You don’t have to be an outdoor expert, but you should be familiar with Chattanooga and passionate about getting outside. We’re especially interested in someone who knows the local trails, parks, blueways, and outdoor recreation scene and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others.
