The Seafood Bash on the River is going sustainable on April 26-28 2024, and we need your help to make it a success! This event is switching from its 100% landfill waste last year to 80% compostable and recyclable waste this year. Volunteers will be needed to do quality control on the waste stations throughout the event at beautiful Coolidge Park. Pitch in to help keep our community green while also raising money for a nonprofit of your choosing!
Volunteers will monitor waste stations throughout the festival, removing contamination from the compost, recycle, and garbage containers and making sure all waste items are in the correct bin.
All necessary equipment will be provided, along with water, snacks, and a meal ticket.
Sturdy close-toed walking shoes, hats, and sunscreen are recommended.
