Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, guests, and families in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in visitors who are coming for meetings, Adopt-a-meal preparation, other functions related to house operations
- Document daily heath checks for families staying at the house
- Receive in-kind and monetary donations and issue proper documentation to the donor to ensure the transaction is properly recorded
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about RMHC programs and services
- Maintain accurate records and update guest information relative to health protocols
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow established policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to all families and visitors
Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a minimum of one, 3 hour shift per month
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Passionate about serving others, specifically families who are in need
