Gratefull is a free, city-wide Thanksgiving potluck that takes place at one long table in the middle of MLK Boulevard. The event, formerly known as One Table, was started by Causeway in 2014 because we believe that in order to build a city that is an honest reflection of its residents, everyone should be invited to the table. Gratefull is now an annual event in Chattanooga, and has been replicated in six cities across the southeast.
Green Team volunteers will setup trash, composting and recycling stations around the event including placing signage on the bins to maximize sustainability of the event. Make sure at least 5 extra bags are in each bin under the one on top for easy replacement during the event.
