This will be an all day or most of the day project. We will meet at the Community Kitchen at 727 E. 11th Street at 8:45 am and caravan to the house at 9am.
We will demo the existing damaged deck and then build a new deck. The project must end by 4pm, but could end earlier if the task is finished.
We require long pants and closed-toe shoes and recommend dressing in layers. We will provide protective eyewear and have work gloves available. Feel free to bring your own safety gear or tools if you choose.
We will provide lunch, snacks, and bottled water. The house is at a very low capacity so we will be able to go inside for breaks, to warm up, and to use the restrooms.
