WaterWays will partner with our friends at Enterprise South Nature Park for the 2026 Fall Day of Caring event.
Volunteers will assist park staff in creating the Haunted Maze for Enterprise South’s annual Too Cute to Spook Halloween Event by securing large plastic sheets to wooden structures and decorating the trails with festive Halloween décor, such as faux spider webs and other family-friendly decorations.
The Too Cute to Spook event welcomes thousands of community members each year, providing families with a fun opportunity to connect with the outdoors while learning more about Enterprise South Nature Park and the natural spaces available throughout our community.
Volunteers are asked to bring a hammer and work gloves. Participants should wear closed-toe shoes and dress in light, comfortable layers appropriate for outdoor work. We also strongly recommend bringing bug spray and sunscreen.
The volunteer shift will take place from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with lunch provided by WaterWays around noon. In the event of inclement weather, the project will be rescheduled to a later date.
