Join SORBA Chattanooga, Hamilton County Parks and Recreation, and Save Enterprise South Nature Park for a National Trails Day® volunteer trail work party at Enterprise South Nature Park!
National Trails Day®, hosted each year by the American Hiking Society, is a nationwide day of stewardship, advocacy, and outdoor recreation that celebrates the importance of trails and public lands. Communities across the country come together to maintain and improve local trails while connecting people to the outdoors.
We're doing our part right here in Chattanooga at Enterprise South Nature Park. This volunteer work party will focus on the Atlas Trail, where participants will help with a “Lopperpalooza” trail corridor clearing effort and drain clearing to improve trail sustainability and rider/user experience.
No experience is necessary. Tools, instruction, and supervision will be provided.
Lunch will be provided by Hamilton County as a thank you for your service.
