Thank you for your interest in signing up to volunteer with us on Saturday, February 21st from 10am to 1pm!
Here’s everything you need to know to be prepared:
WHERE:
Please park at 2601 E 34th St, Chattanooga, TN 37407. We will be planting on 7th Ave and E 34th Street.
WHAT TO BRING:
-Comfortable and warm clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty
-Close-toed shoes
-A refillable water bottle
-Provided: Tools, gloves, eye protection, water, and coffee & bagels (thanks to our amazing partners at Brothers Bagel!)
Donations: For the rest of February, we’re collecting diapers and wipes for the Chattanooga Free Store. If you’re able, please consider bringing a pack to donate.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
If you have never volunteered with us, a brief planting demonstration at the start of the day. You’ll work in small groups of 2–3 people planting trees in the neighborhood.
