Food distribution is a hands-on volunteer activity. Activities could include assisting with stocking shelves, unloading and moving food, sorting and distributing food, sorting and bagging produce, and cleaning up. This volunteer activity can require some lifting (a maximum of 30lbs.) and regular movement.
