Mainx24 is an incredible celebration for the Hart Gallery, and we’d love you to be part of the magic! This year, Mainx24 takes place on Saturday, December 6th.
Whether you enjoy holiday shopping vibes, kid-friendly crafts, cozy s’mores, or the energy of an evening event, we have a place for you.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with setting up and assisting with the Spiked Cafe:
Volunteer tasks for Spiked Cafe Set Up include:
- Moving smallwares
- Sweeping and resetting artwork
- Setting the ticket table
- Setting up rows of chairs
- Prepping drinks
- Stocking restrooms
Available Shift | Looking for 2 volunteers
- 4:00pm–5:45pm
Volunteer tasks for the Spike Cafe Evening Experience include:
- Ticket sales
- Beverage service
- Trash duty
- Gallery clean-up
Available Shift | Looking for 2 volunteers per timeslot:
- 8:30pm–10:30pm
