Mission: To transform lives and change the world by spreading kindness and helping others!

At The Cleveland Lions Club, we offer a range of programs to support our community, including sight conservation, hearing and speech conservation, diabetes awareness, youth outreach, international relations, environmental issues, and much more. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual or group we serve. “We Serve” is more than a motto, it is our commitment.

Our organization is dedicated to improving vision health and accessibility for children and adults in our community and beyond:

• Vision Screenings for Students: Each year, we screen approximately 5,000 students for vision issues. For the 15% who need further eye exams, we cover the cost of the exams and provide eyeglasses if needed.
• Adult Eyeglasses Assistance: In partnership with Karis Community Health, we help adults access affordable eyeglasses to meet their vision needs.
• Eyeglass Recycling: We collect thousands of used eyeglasses locally and distribute them to areas around the world where vision correction resources are scarce.
• Community Fundraising: Our annual Pickleball Tournament raises funds to support these programs, ensuring we can continue providing critical vision services.
