Who We Are
A new local event that caters to dogs with special needs: senior / aging, health issues, disabilities, but open to all dogs & dog lovers. This event will provide educational support through speakers & demonstrations, enrichment opportunities, as well as unique product and service vendors that can help owners in caring for their dogs, and specifically special needs dogs.
What We Do
- Support & provide opportunities for local pet vendors, hospitals, & shelters in their efforts
- Create a village for those caring for special needs dogs
- Educate new and existing owners on the realities of ownership and offer opportunities for support and success through storytelling, vendors, and on-site veterinary consultations
- Equip owners with the tools to handle anticipatory grief and stressful difficult situations
- Opportunity to buy and learn about helpful and supportive products and services
- Demonstrations from vets and other vendors on recommendations for helpful tips and palliative care
- Create experiences for memorable and enjoyable moments for special needs dogs
