Choices is the only reproductive medical clinic in the Chattanooga area providing holistic care for women at no cost. We educate, support and empower women and men facing pregnancy decisions by offering free confidential services and compassionate care.
What We Do
Our free services: urine + blood pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, pregnancy options information, limited STI screening and treatment, early prenatal care, abortion pill reversal, after abortion medical follow-up and group support, parenting education and mentoring (pregnancy to age 3), and material assistance.
