Mainx24 is an incredible celebration for the Hart Gallery, and we’d love you to be part of the magic! This year, Mainx24 takes place on Saturday, December 6th.
Whether you enjoy holiday shopping vibes, kid-friendly crafts, cozy s’mores, or the energy of an evening event, we have a place for you.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with our S'mores Station, Gingerbread Houses & Kids' Activities:
Volunteer tasks include:
- Helping set up s’mores stations (fire pits)*
- Setting up tents and chairs
- Assisting with kids’ activities
- Selling s’mores kits
- Helping with clean-up
- Station Breakdown
Available Shifts | Looking for 2-3 volunteers per time slot
- 11:00am–1:00pm
- 1:00pm–3:00pm
