Hamilton County Schools opened the Teacher Supply Hub in March at the former Hillcrest Elementary thanks to the generous support of community volunteers. On May 26, we will be hosting a picnic and supply drop off event for retiring teachers to help stock the Hub for the upcoming school year. We need volunteers to help greet teachers and unload their cars. Additionally, volunteers will work in the Hub to sort through donations and organize and stock shelves. Some heavy lifting may be required.
The event will be from 11am-2pm, and volunteers are needed from 10:30am until 3:00pm (2.5 hour shifts).
