Who We Are

Mission: To champion its member businesses and foster regional economic growth.

The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce plays a key role in promoting regional economic development and supporting local businesses in the Chattanooga area. Founded in 1887, it now serves over 1,800 members through networking, public policy advocacy, and a wide range of business-focused events and initiatives.

What We Do

The Chamber’s activities include providing resources for business growth, such as the INCubator program, which supports new entrepreneurs, and Leadership Chattanooga, which fosters local community leaders. Additionally, the Chamber advocates for policies that benefit the business community and organizes civic engagement opportunities. It also supports the economic development of the entire 16-county region, focusing on talent development, inclusive growth, and enhancing Chattanooga’s appeal as a place to live and work.
