In charge of the Doggie Valet parking and drop offs. accept payments for parking and issue parking vouchers. Assist families with doggie drop off - helping them know where to park and watching / caring for dog when necessary.

You will be stationed at the dog print stamping station and helping families make keepsakes of their dogs pawprints and / or nose prints. Ensuring the station stays clean and functional. Taking payment for paw prints / stamps and offering to each dog family until supplies run out.

stay connected with all volunteers and ensure no questions or concerns are going unaddressed. Help direct volunteers to where they are needed / where their stations are. Notifying event organizer of any emergencies / large issues.

Alternate from standing at the entrances and greeting visitors and their furry friends as the arrive and walking around the event and being a friendly welcoming presence. interacting with booths that do not have a lot of people engaging to help draw in attention and sales for vendors.

Operate as the point of contact at information booth at the main entrance. Greeting visitors and their furry friends as the enter the event. Handing out signage for site maps and event programs. Directing people to where they can find food, fun, certain vendors, etc. 

You will be stationed at the "sniff station" and will guide dogs / owners to the start and answer any questions about the process. Ensure the stations stay clean and functional - resetting stations as necessary.

Managing the photo booth for guests. Helping them take photos as necessary. Hanging photos on our photo wall. Ensuring equipment is handled properly and is not damaged.

Operate as the point of contact at the merchandise booth. Encouraging purchases and accepting payments when guests want to purchase something.

Helping break down event booths and photo ops. packing up water stations, signage and any left over merchandise. Wishing all visitors safe travels and thanking them for coming. Directing vendors to where they should park to pack up.

Helping with setting up event booths and decorating photo op spots. Hanging signage and making sure trash reciprocals are in an accessible and visible spot. Ensuring water stations and bathrooms are open and ready for guest use. Greeting vendors, directing parking, and assisting them in finding their dedicated spaces.
