Guest Ambassadors greet guests, provide directions, answer general questions, and assist visitors in navigating the Aquarium to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Volunteers may also have the opportunity to occasionally serve as a mascot in one of our nine mascot costumes, bringing added fun and excitement to guest interactions.
