Volunteer: Administrative Assistant Volunteer - Part-time Regulary ScheduledHello!
We are seeking two people to help fill a full-time schedule as an administrative assistant. The volunteers must be available for a specified shift each week, and have their own transportation. We offer free resources to those affected by epilepsy in 10 Tennessee counties and 3 North Georgia counties. Since we are a nonprofit, the workload can sometimes outweigh the staff available. You would be working with me, Rita, to help fill in gaps where I just don't have enough time to take care of some things. I prioritize the clients' needs, so sometimes, other things can be neglected. The volunteers must be able to use Excel at a beginner level, and be detail oriented. Please only answer if you are able to commit to the same schedule every week for at least 3 months. The hours we will need to cover with two volunteers are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Once I hear from you, I will send you a link to a registration form, and a quiz to identify the environment you are happiest working in.
